1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Ordering Process

• Order Placement: All Orders are placed through our website You must provide accurate and complete information, including your delivery address and contact details.
• Order Confirmation: Upon successful placement of an Order, you will redirect to the track your order page where you will get the details and status of the order. This confirmation signifies that we have received your Order, but it does not constitute acceptance until the Order begins preparation.
• Order Acceptance: You will see Order Status as Accepted & Order Begin Ready on the Track your Order Page and hence it means is accepted & Rumi's Kitchen begins preparing the food. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to, cases of unavailability of items, incorrect pricing, or suspicious activity. If an Order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
• Minimum Order: A minimum order of one item is required which may apply for delivery.

3. Payments

• Payment Processing: All online payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateway i.e. Razorpay. Rumi's Kitchen is not responsible for any issues arising from the payment gateway.
• Final Amount: The total amount payable for your Order, includs food cost, delivery charges, and any applicable taxes/fees.

4. Delivery Policy

• Delivery Area: Delivery is restricted to our designated service areas in Bhilai & Durg, Chhattisgarh.
• Delivery Time: We provide an estimated delivery time at the time of order confirmation. This is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary due to factors like traffic, weather, delivery partner availability, and order volume.
• Unsuccessful Delivery:

  1. If the customer is not available at the delivery address to receive the Order.

  2. If the customer cannot be contacted despite multiple attempts by the Delivery Partner.

  3. If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete.

  4. In such cases, the Order may be cancelled, and no refund will be issued. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

• Tracking: You can track the live status of your Order via our website.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• User Cancellation:

  1. You can only Cancel the order by immediately contacting us over the call.

  2. You may cancel an Order only within a very short window after placement, typically before preparation has begun. This window will be indicated on your order tracking page.

  3. If cancellation is successful before preparation, a refund (after tax deduction) will be processed within 2 business days.

  4. If the Order has already moved to preparation or out for delivery, cancellation is not possible, and no refund will be issued.

• Owner Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel an Order due to reasons including but not limited to:

  1. Non-availability of items.

  2. Delivery location outside our service area.

  3. Force majeure events e.g. Heavy Rain, Electricity Issue, etc.

  4. In such cases, a full refund will be processed without tax deduction within 3 business days.

  5. Unavailability of Delivery Partner due to any reasons.

6. User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, including contact and delivery details.
• Reviewing Orders: It is your responsibility to review your Order carefully before confirming it.

7. Intellectual Property

• All Content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Rumi's Kitchen or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• "As Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• No Guarantee: Rumi's Kitchen does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Food Allergies: While we strive to provide accurate ingredient information, cross-contamination is possible. Please notify us of any severe allergies by contacting us directly, but consume at your own risk.

• Availability: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order during the estimated delivery window.
• Contact by Delivery Partner: Our delivery partner may contact you via phone if they face any difficulty locating your address or confirming delivery. Please keep your phone accessible.
• Unsuccessful Delivery: In cases of unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address or personal details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the order may be cancelled, and a refund may not be applicable.

• Hygiene Standards: Rumi's Kitchen adheres to strict hygiene and food safety standards throughout the preparation and packaging process.
• Secure Packaging: Your order will be securely packed to maintain its temperature and quality during transit but it may be disturbed due to the traffic, road breakers, bad-road conditions, etc .
• Unsuccessful Delivery: In cases of unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address or personal details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the order may be cancelled, and a refund may not be applicable.
